typically tattoos with eikawa (english conversation school) are a no-no i'll say that much. it's just part of the dress-code. having a tattoo won't nix you from getting a job, but they say that if you have one, you MUST keep it covered.
so if you're wiling to wear the long sleeves and cover it up at work in the heat, and when you go out with co-workers, you're fine. you'll just be super hot.
