You didn't put a と or a よ inbetween the verbs. Is "and" implied with verbs?

What about for sentences where I am definately doing two or more things? Like, say, someone calls you while you're at the restaurant to ask where you are and what you're doing and you say, "I'm eating and drinking at the restaurant, then I will go home". How would you structure that sentence without leaving out any of the verbs?
