I think from now on, I should start asking my retail-related Japanese questions in this thread.
I just want to check if this is proper (or polite) enough to put on paper for Japanese people to read.
Our company is starting to utilize e-receipts so we are trying to communicate this to Japanese customers about this.
"For the sake of the envioronment, the receipt will be sent to your email."
