After about 200 dollars (dammit Japan!) to cook some Mexican food for a house party at my place, we woke up the next morning realizing that people were more occupied with drinking and not eating, therefore leaving us with a crapload of extra food. What did we do to fix this? We cooked a ten layer quesadilla.
