Does anybody have any solid rules about bicycle laws in Japan. I know I have google and have looked for rules, and have gotten some answers. I am specifically wondering about rules for using an umbrella, and using the front light at night. I know there is a rule that bikes have to have a light, but do they always need to be used at night?
