だけ = only, so "only you"
の = possession particle
特別な = special
人 = person, so "special person," so "special person belonging only to you"
に = particle that goes with なる
なりたい = "want to" form of なる, "to become," so "I want to become the special person belonging only to you"
な = particle that I can't really translate into English
