利用 or 用意? I am assuming that you are referring to the 「～～をご用意しております」 part. If so, it is only an "informally correct" usage. A better writer (or quite frankly, an average one) would have said 「ご用意させていただいております」. 「ご用意しております」 sounds a bit too arrogant to me. It is just not how you speak to your customers.
おります is 丁寧語, not 謙譲語. In any case, you can combine the お/ご prefix and 丁寧語 and/or 謙譲語.

Both you and OP translated インスト as "in store", but have you seen this usage before? I do not think I have. Never seen インスト being used to mean anything othe than "instrumental".
