If so, it is only an "informally correct" usage. A better writer (or quite frankly, an average one) would have said 「ご用意させていただいております」. 「ご用意しております」 sounds a bit too arrogant to me. It is just not how you speak to your customers.

おります is 丁寧語, not 謙譲語. In any case, you can combine the お/ご prefix and 丁寧語 and/or 謙譲語.

Interesting. I think in English (or, at least in Japanese textbooks) we refer to おる as "humble form" because "polite form" (i.e., 丁寧語) we apply to います. But that's the difference between Japanese-as-a-second-language pedagogical vocab and actual Japanese use of terms. I trust your evaluation of what to call it in Japanese!

Both you and OP translated インスト as "in store", but have you seen this usage before? I do not think I have. Never seen インスト being used to mean anything othe than "instrumental".

I didn't actually know the word. I just went with what OP had because I thought it might be a slang music-related word that I don't know but OP does (because OP seems to be in Japan and desperately trying to go to a concert by this band).

So now I understand you can combine the お／ご with 謙譲語. However, it's still true that, when you do, the お／ご is going to be attached to someone else's doing, right? Not the speaker's action?
