3/ When talking about a person, does ネジが緩い mean "to have a screw loose in one's head"?

There's also text from a manga that I'm not really sure about :

Am I right to assume that もう人の言葉ですらない means "she doesn't sound like human anymore"?

By the first line, does the speaker mean "power is surging inside me"?

For this line, I'm going to try a translation.

I have seen the word 想い used regularly in manga, but the word has so many definitions in dictionaries that I'm confused. Can someone tell me what its meaning might be in a and b?
1. Exactly.

2. Hard to say because it is a proper noun. It would be either ひじりおとめ or せいおとめ.

3. Right. It is a nicer way of saying "dumb".

4. Precisely.

5. Exactly.

6. Whether "brute" is a good word or not would depend on the context, but I can say that you are on the right track. Without context, i would settle for something like "my usual power play".

7a. I am thinking of "attachment" but the context might prove it wrong.

7b. "Desire" of the selfish kind.
