It is saying that the speaker will not be able to make the deadline because there are so many things that he must study/examine/look into.
「だらけ」 is the key word here and I rarely see Japanese-learners use it. We use it VERY often. Its nuance is that there are "so many things" that you do not like/welcome.
「この文は知らない単語だらけで読めない。」
The 「で」 here means "with". "with so many things to look into"
