Here are two sentences:

Enpitsu de kaitemo iidesuka?
No-to o karitemo ii desuka?

Q: Why does one use 'enpitsu de' as opposed to 'no-to o'? I'm not sure when to use 'de' and 'o' in these particular sentences. Can anyone explain the difference?
