I would like to ask you if can help me to translate this:

考えずにふと浮かぶ曲が結果一番すっと一番自分の体に なじむ時もあって
詩世界や言葉もそう
without thinking (?)


ゆっくり美術館にでも行ってこようかな
なんて思ったり。。 でも忙しい時に自分がこれだ！と思うメロディが浮かん だり
like the melody floats thinking " but this is when me I'm busy " ?

こればかりは解らないなぁ
I quite don't understand this (?)

素直な気持ちを探すのが一番難しいのかもね



How to translate? I don't know it's hard this time for me.
