and to be evil, all you need is to eat baby chickens (chicks).

As for oblivion, you can get a mod to strike down all foes... sadly...
i ended up killing everyone in the game... stupid dead quests...

wow im terrible... in every game i always get sad...
i always kill "everyone"...
even main characters...
i make mods to allow me to kill everyone...
i also kill my villagers when im bored and stuff including soldiers and stuff...
