He doesn't know Melo's name but he definitely knows of his existence through that phone call =/
True... then again, Melo is threatening to take her life after all... It's not as if he won't/can't do it if he doesn't get what he wants.. Provided Light does it first... >.< I'm thinking he would write the cause of death as something like "Sayu gets killed by kidnappers" or something O,o
