hey just wondering if anyone else is watching the new gundam series, it has a really good plot and deals with some really good themes, just thought it was worth discussing

i would REALLY like to see it, if you or anybody has a link to where i can either download(without bittorent) or stream it, that would be awesome

Gundam is fucking awesome. I've seen most of Gundam Seed.

I like this Gundam 00 ...the story is better than Gundam Seed. There are not many emotional matters here...just war, not like Gundam Seed.

theres emotion in G-00 too but its just building up still, the gundam pilots in this one are far from being viewed as heros at all, and their all so flawed as people, it makes them seem way more human

Everyone knows sound cant travel in vaccum becuz there is nothing for it to vibrate for sound to travel...

So y is there all the *BOOM* *PIEW PIEW PIEW* when they are having space fights?

I've been liking Gundam 00. I didn't care for G-Gundam or Gundam Seed. 00 is looking pretty good though.

Gundam Wing was really cool, too ^_^

I'll comment on the bold part first - its because otherwise we'd just have nice animations of mecha fighting each other. Without sound, that would just be boring. A bit like Tenjou Tenge without the lasses:D . Just wouldn't be the same.

I've watched every episode of G-Gundam, Seed, Seed Destiny and so far of G-00. Only half way through Wing though, but then I'm not too sure about it.

And the juries still out on this one. Although the story is looking good, all the characters have their flaws and the mecha (all of them, not just the Gundams) themselves are also awesome. Just waiting to see what's going to happen - especially as their are so many people out to get the Gundams.

Yeah, I have to admit I like the story. It's really getting crazy huh? Don't know what will happen next.

tell me about it, when ep 17 happened i was like, wow this shows for real, its like the moment in gundam seed when the important characters started to die

Yeah, and the show seems to have reached a huge turning point.

yeah well i guess there chopping this series into two seasons of 25 eps, so theres only a few more till the first season finale

I see, so I guess the season finale is going to be intense.

And it'll be one hell of a cliffhanger episode as well, especially if it keeps going the way it is at the minute

thinks i am going to watch this series, the background story is promising, using religion theme conflict and middle east like environment is new.lately i got a new wave of gundam fever as i just buy a gundam model.
