Puni Puni Poemy is the funniest that I've seen. Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi and FLCL are pretty funny too.

GTO was epic... started it thinking the same as everyone else who watches it, which is, "oh great here's another jakc&** idiot for a main character focused on wooing the school girls.. this will probably just be an ecchi"...
then you watch the third episode and you realize how great the series is and that Onizuka sensei is actually a great guy... great moral dilemmas and story-lines and characters one of the great heartfelt series - and it'll make u laugh as well.  7 hearts for GTO! IamKira
