you really dont need any of those how to draw books. thats what i learned. The anime anatomy book is a must though. but get better through trial and error. practice by drawing anime pictures and studying hand structures and stuff like that. theirs really know quick way to get good. it takes alot of time.

I have vol1-10 how to draw manga/anime
guess what its almost useless or at least the how to draw part is (useful info on actually making a manga. necessary equipment, actual process, tone application etc...)
and for anatomy and perspective you can always get some on your local bookstore or art shop

I think those two are the most important stuff you should learn.
With anatomy youll have an understanding on how the muscle reacts from movement etc... and with perspective drawing an anime in a angle would be easier.

other aspect are variables. there is no standard nose, eyes, body design etc... those varies from each artist. Different story if you are actually targeting a certain style. in that case copying would be the best method.

Lastly feed your mind... get as much poses as you can get. This would actually helps you improve visualize alluring poses. Your subscription to FHM or playboy would probably be helpful

For the site that helped me,
polykarbon.com
bakaneko.com

google.com i search "E-book how to draw manga" and viola i got my ebooks
