Neon Genesis Evangelion, Death Note, Bleach, Code Geass (both seasons), FLCL (my favorite :D) Samurai Champloo and Ghost in the Shell, Fullmetal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic!. There's a lot more...

I've also watched FLCL, Samurai Champloo, Neon Genesis Evangelion and GITS more than once too! FLCL is hilarious!! :D

The first time I saw that, I thought my mind was going to explode. :p Though thinking on it and having rewatched it recently, I feel like I can appreciate it... now just waiting for the new ending in the upcoming 3.0 and Final! :D
