Now and Then, Here and There
 

This anime is playing on SciFi's Anime Monday. I have heard that it is a great anime. But I have heard there is implied rape. Is that true? Is the entire anime a downer? I don't mind those kinds of animes but, I am just not in the mood for them right now. Is it worth my time to watch or should I delete it from my Tivo? Thanks.

Yeah there are some difficult issues in the show. From the wikipedia article "Much of the series deals with serious moral questions relating to war, the cost of war, and the exploitation of children."
