I personally like Soul Eater. It has a lot of action and is hilarious. It is also one of the most unique anime I've seen in a while.

I think this is the third time I've mentioned it on this forum,
Purgatory Kabuki(manga). I'm pretty sure it's new, I've only read the first volume, but it was way cool.
And Noir is way cool too.
