Seiyuu can either make or break an anime series..

But sometimes the personality of the character can make me forget about the voice acting. ie. D Gray Man's Lavi.. I can't quite stand the voice acting but love Lavi :D

I don't like Mecha.. and hentai..

sorry but i got 3: bad voice actors, run-on scenes that last WAY longer than they should(naruto) and filler episodes-.->.<

I gotta say bad dubbing (Damn you 4kids!) and when series go for too long (One Piece has 376 episodes?!)

Crazy fan kids(I've read that in Japan, Otaku is pretty much an insult) filler, and pointless episodes that have absolutely nothing to do with the story(I'm talking about random, one here and one there, kind of things).

The skimptastic outfits- Can you say awkward?

The fact that the anime guys are so amazing and perfect. it makes real, human guys seem... not good enough.
