Is Code Geass really finished ?

Hi can anyone tell me if Code Geass is really over ?
thanks

Uriko 10-14-2008 03:13 AM

Yep. it's over.

GentlePrincessJC 10-14-2008 05:24 AM

I think its over but they could do other code geass stories but lelouchs story is DONE.

amuchan 10-16-2008 03:09 PM

No that isn't true. They have a new series going called Code Geass:Lelouch of The rebellion R2

I have been watching it. C.C. is in it and you see him as Zero. It is really good. it is a continuation of the old episodes.

EDIT: If you want a short description on the new series, go here: Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch R2 - MyAnimeList.net

mhmm. indeed it is. i have it on DVD.

nocturnesteel 10-19-2008 02:11 AM

what do u think the next series would be about with the series where it was?

Drend 10-19-2008 03:19 AM

I didn't like Geass at all, but from what I've seen "Kallen's Nightmare" or something like that has this COMPLETE FUCKAWESOME LELOUCH/ZERO guy. Could've been a fan doujin though, since I don't know much about Geass.

i don't think so. if you want to see the whole series of Code Geass, you might have to buy the box collection itself. other than that, i don't think it's over -not by a long shot.

It ended...
It has a proper closed ending which was something I'm not used to when watching anime.
Most anime start wonderfully and just end right there and then.
Leaving you with so many questions it's almost annoying.
This is why I don't watch that many anime anymore...
Glad I watched Code Geass though ;)

Yuna7780 07-30-2009 11:46 PM

Code Geass gets me so confused... But I need to watch/read more of it.

Oni 07-31-2009 07:45 PM

I've seen all of it and I'm still confused about who C.C was talking to at the end (though I think I know who, but won't spoil it).

Aren't they creating 'Knightmare of Nunnally' too?

Megabyte117 07-31-2009 08:06 PM

Not as an anime. It's a manga spinoff.

Guigoo 08-01-2009 12:15 AM

i'm glad it's over. 58eps/2seasons is the limit to prevent an anime from becoming a crap full of fillers

all masterpieces don't go further 2 seasons

PM me about who you think it is. I think I know too. :)

This anime I think is what snapped me out of my anime depression thing. It was only after I started watching it on Adult Swim that I started getting interested in more anime and manga again. I won't gush aout why I love it so much, but I really do. Enough that I went out and bought a bunch of cell phone charms, figurines, and art books for this damn series XD

Anyway, I hope it does stay the way it is now: ended. I've heard rumors about a movie being made, but even the Bandai rep I talked to at Otakon said it was still just rumors, so idk. The ending was ambiguous enough to still let people talk about it, but not so much so that it made me wanna scratch my eyes out (Inuyasha, anyone?).

Ryzorian 08-09-2009 08:21 PM

It had a rather interesting ending too.
