V for Vendetta & Code Geass -

Well I LOVE both V for vendetta and Code Geass,but I was wondering if anyone else has seen a lot of things that look the same between these two.
1.the whole rebelling agents the goverment thing
2.both V and Zero wear a mask,both think that theirs something wrong with this world,and want to change it.
3.I've seen a part in code geass where their are a lot of people dressed like Zero,much like in V for vendetta at the end where everyone dresses as V.
