Manga Kissa
Have you ever been to a manga kissa? That's a manga kissaten, or manga cafe. These are popular places to kill time. Usually they have aisles and aisles of manga and magazines and cost a few hundred yen an hour to hang out in. There are tables, free drinks, and cubicles with computers for internet browsing.
I saw on Youtube a Manga Cafe had opened in Paris, and wondered if there were any more outside of Japan. |
No but i think ive heard of them
|
Does it sound like someplace you would want to go?
|
I would love to visit one, but unfortunately there are none nearby. T_T I am tentatively planning a trip to Japan in 2010, though, so maybe then I'll be able to go.

We had one in the Philippines but unfortunately it was closed before I could go T_T (too conservative, so the cafe eventually closed)
