1. Did Orochimaru have parents?
2. Do you think he had a good side to him?

Well I don't remember anything about Orochimaru's parents. As for the good side, I believe he was good when he was a child. He seemed to be a very mild mannered and docile child. I think he turned evil because he wasn't chosen to be Hokage; I think he wanted to be the 4th. He may have held back in the fight between the 3rd. I still don't see how the 3rd was able to fight off Orochimaru, the 1st, and the 2nd.

I guess that it all depends on how they made the episodes. If they don't contain
anything important to the story line (like flashbacks) than drop them. So it all depends.

I've only seen the first few, and I honestly think it's not worth playing them. All people need to know is that Naruto left to train with Jiraiya, Sasuke is with Orochimaru, and Sakura is training under Tsunade.

I mean, what does wondering what's under Kakashi's mask have to do with the storyline? Or a single appearance of Smoke ninja? To me, it's pretty pointless.

Fillers are sometimes needed, but highly annoying. I rather they just skipped the fillers, but they are okay.
