wrong guys :P It was all way too easy. Sasuke didn't say it was him. He simply said he has 'taken over'. It's very possible Orichimaru is still alive, probably biding his time for the perfect moment to attack his mind or something. I say that because Orichimaru attempted to take him over, right? He's within Sasuke.

But thats all my opinion :p

It was all just WAY too easy... I just know something concerning this will pop up.
