The fight between Stein (with Spirit) and Medusa from episode 18 of Soul Eater had me practically on the edge of my bed when I watched it, it was insanely awesome!

Sasuke and Itachi's fight just before Itachi died. It was AWESOME! Naruto vs. Pain was freaking awesome as well!
