samurai champloo is somewhat of a groundbreaking anime, in my opinion,
visually, it's different and appeals to the eye, and despite its setting, it has a modern twist on it...NOT exactly, but samurai champloo sort of reminds me of afro samurai, with the modern egde, and all that... PLUS, the music in samurai champloo is pretty wicked... :]

it was an awsome anime, jin is my favorite.
love the entire series. baseball blues and bogus booty episodes are some of my favorites in the series. dances around the fairy ring bathed in the moon light glow a moon that waxes and wanes he will give to her to hold her in this dream forever.. a never ending moon light night...
