It can, if you don't watch yourself. Most folks I know go to discount store or even pawn shops to get their anime. I like to download myself.

Yeah there are no discount stores or pawn shops around where i live lol
and i have had some bad experiences buying them cheap online haha.
So i guess it depends on where you live.
