DeathNote: First Themes VS. Second Themes
Title speaks for itself.
Which deathnote opening do you think is better? Personally, I like metal, however, i don't think the new op fits the storyline of the anime. But there is one more factor - the new graphics. New graphics as in L doing martial arts, sharper visual effects, etcetc. The way they're potrayed - awesome. Inspite of this, I'd still go with the first op because I think the music is what's more important and what causes a greater impact. But ofcourse, this are all my own reasons. As for the ending theme.. I kinda like it.. so I'd opt for both! XD~! Yes, you CAN select both if you want, lol.. Edit:Forget it, I love all the themes! XD~! I've only seen the first episode of this so far, btu I'm definatly going with the second here. I actually think it goes perfectly with the theme. There's nothing really sane or stable about a person who can kill anyone with the flick of his wrist and uses that power at his slightest whim. The frenetic, dischordant style of that song fits very well in my opinion.

They BOTH are good. =3. I prefer the first one cause I've listened to it longer and memorized most of the words. But it was pretty close too, cause I enjoy rock so much =3

I haven't seen the Death Note anime for awhile, but I do go and check out what episode they are up too. ( I am waiting for it to finish first ;) ) But I did go and see the new opening.
The song is pretty cool, and it makes for a good opening with the images of Death Note that they used. I don't know the lyrics, but that song doesn't fit with the DN. genre. The story isn't that heavy and crazy as the song. So I voted for the first opening. Sorry, I wanted to post here wayyyy sooner, but I sort of forgot. :eek: |

i think the first opening is better and its fit Death Note :D but the second opening is really bad and its did not fit Death Note and the opening is bad too :mad:

Definitely the second ending/opening, Zetsubou Billy is one of my favorite anime theme of all time (Second only to Alsatia by Galneryus), but the first opening/ending are also good.

I like Nightmare's songs, so 1st opening and ending are really good in my opinion.. But Zetsubou Billy is SO awesome! ^^ The only theme that isn't my favourite one is the 2nd opening. It's also good, but it's a little bit confusing to me. :D
