I've also never seen 'Neo angelique' but I was really delighted by 'La Corda d'oro'
The drawings/animation (what ever) wasn't so good. Well only the male drawings was good (I'm not saying this because I'm a woman...) but the women drawings was really bad! But the story and the music and the theme about classic music (I love classic music) was really great! ♥_♥
Well thats my opinion ^^
