First, shinigami that can perform their final release *bankai* are stronger than hollows who obtain shinigami powers. The hollow full release is called ressurction, so far no Arrancar or Espada has shown to have that skill.

It may change with the Vasto Lordes though

the one that acts like a kid is yami. the retarded one i don't know his name. ep. 145 comes out this week. isn't the one with the tentcles dead. i think grimmjow(not sure if i spelled name right)killed him.
