Cartoon and animated cartoon restriction

The ordinance to which the cartoon and the animated cartoon are suppressed by the pretext of child pornography restriction has been passed in Tokyo. It will be restricted fast the way things are going, and the cartoon and the animated cartoon go out of use.
This ordinance is irrational for a lot of publishers and cartoonist to oppose it. On the other hand, the publisher declined participation in the animated cartoon fair by having been passed though it opposed. It is a so cruel ordinance. You who like cartoon and animated cartoon of Japan and the cultures that Japan is important the way things are going inadvertently get it. Opposite of us cannot be accepted. Please help!!!!
