there they have really good ideas like there shower your pos to wash in the shower then heat the water and go in the bath so u dont wash in your own dirt which is a pretty good idea and there toilets have like a sink on the top

Unfortunately this only applies to private toilets.

Public toilets are usually lacking this feature. Public restrooms are also usually lacking equipment with which to dry your own hands (minus your own pants).

Unless they're old enough to still have the floor toilet (which I still don't know how to use properly)
