I don't know what you mean by old school anime, when I think of that subject, what comes to mind, are the classics from the 1960s to early 1980s...to me both ghost in the shell and Akira are more like New school

I don't know if it counts as old school, but... Record Of Lodoss War is the greatest!

Heh, maybe so, I'll try. But still Slayn is a somewhat favourite to me, and he has this facial expression in the first episode that I just love (check picture below) :eek: .
