i think there's a part in the cain saga where mary weather asks riff if she wants him to tell him his fortune. his reply was "that's all right. my fortune is in lord cain." and i wonder what the card he picked up had on it?! *smirk*
i think that was my first indication of riff and cain's feelings for each other, but the godchild series has a few more hints about cain confessing his feelings about riff. even the mad doctor jizabel takes notice. "you are like cain's wings. what would happen if you were taken from him?"

They kind of depict it like a strong dependency, but I wish there was more between the two. >.>

I hope cain has a change of heart and dont kill riff cause I think I would cry lol. But I also wonder what was on his card maybe something like the tower or the devil maybe?

i fell inlove with godchild as soon as i saw cain on the cover of SB
but i have gotten saide tracked by the falshing lights of naruto, bleach, j-fashion, sexy j-rockers, and onigiri!

Finally got volume 7, last week. It was kinda jumbled to me, at first. There's barely any contact with Cain and Riff, but there's a conclusion to a certain character. So it was a good volume.

Man~ I just can't stand Alexis(Cain's dad). He's just a strange, strange, evil guy. I'm tired of him, geez. I'm sad that volume 8 is the last. I really wonder what is going to happen. I'm excited but scared.

In volume 7, Cain has a special gave/tomb for something. It's all nicely made. And Mary is scared it's for Riff! I'm scared too, cause the tomb has the person sculpture or whatever in it, but they didn't show it.*SPOILERISH*

Ohh~ The anticipation is killing me!!

Oh, and who likes Jizabel? I love the man, yo~!

Oh I love Godchild and The Cain Saga.

I have to agree that the relationship between Cain and Riff is rather close.

I'm just on pins and needles waiting for the next one. I don't think Riff would really betray Cain. There has to be a trick to it or something. There just has to be. Hopefully Cain won't shoot him until all the facts come out.
