 I didn't say that the name was the main thing. I am just clearing things for people that read this thread.

One cannot say something that is false and expect it to be left uncorrected... I am simply doing that, correcting it for Emeko and all the others that are reading.

Also, I forgot to tell you, Buddhism doesn't come from Gautam Buddha... First of all its, Siddhartha Gautum. And Buddha or being a buddha means reaching a form of perfect englightenment. So the religion wasn't named after the founder...

You've also made an error with Hinduism, but I'll leave that to the fact that maybe you didn't describe it properly...

What you were trying to say in that paragraph i've quoted is wrong... Sorry if i seem to be putting a lot of importance on it, but I don't think you should be saying things like that, especially as they are not true. To a foreign reader, it might look like you are trying to glorify Islam with false statements.

Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we implore for help. Guide us in the right path -- The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, thos who have not incurred Thy displeasure, and those who have not gone astray”

In learning Islam, cling only to Al-qur’an and Al hadist which is shahih.
