"dès" means "since", but it means "since" in a time sort of way (dès le première septembre; since the first of september) or it means like "once". (dès qu'ils finissent leurs devoirs, ils peuvents aller jouer; Once they finish their homework they can go play)
So "car" would actually be the best option (It means "because", "But other people think that these celebrities are useful because they give them something to talk about." |
