There is no such thing as unlimited potential. The laws of thermodynamics prove this. You also do nothing to explain what exactly you want of people, where they need to be based, whether they will be attending specific places or working electronically, and frankly "My friend and I are starting a business" is only a "great opportunity" for you and your friend.
