I'm Japanese and learning English. And the question is how to use 'more than' and 'less than'.
For example, when you say ''....more than 20'' or ''less than 20'', do you include '20' or not include '20'?? I mean, does 'more than 20' mean '20 or more' , and does 'less than 20' mean '20 or less' ??? |

Thanks!! But, by 'How about you tell me what "less than 20" stands for then?', what did you mean? I couldn't get it. |

It was just a question for you to answer on your own, since I've only given you the example for what "more than 20" means. In another words, I'm testing your understanding of what I said.
I'll ask you the same question again ^_^: Do you know what "less than 20" means? Or was I a bad teacher? P.S. ladies, and gentlemods! Don't fret, I'm not double posting XD mackerel has just requested me to post here in reply, that's all. ^^ There's no such thing as happy endings, for when you find true love, happiness is everlasting.

Hey guys, I'm buying some tickets for a concert and I'm wondering if 12am means midnight so 0 o'clock or is it mid day (lunch time)?
When they are shot through the heart by the bullet of a pistol? No. When they are ravaged by an incurable disease? No. When they drink a soup made from a poisonous mushroom? No! It's when... they are forgotten. ~Dr. Hiluluk - One Piece |

"Less than 20" means 20未満. 20以下 means "20 or less" |
