I wouldn't say [your English] is bad, though you can't use worse, since that's a comparative form of the adjective "bad."

Bad works well here. THOUGH you COULD say "much worse" if you're referring to someone else's, though.

I'm studying Japanese, and know some Spanish (mostly understanding, not so much with speaking, lol)...and I'm also (occasionally) helping a college student in Damascus practice English!
