That'll prolly change as you grow older. Afterall, alcoholics start out as "social drinkers". :p

Its always fun and games untill someone throws up on one another lol :).

yea we do alot of things with out drinking too but from what I can remember its been more fun with the booze XD cause we become our plan old selves with out any shame lawl. I might mis it if I stopped but I don't really like the hard stuff like whisky or vadka heh I like wine coolers, unless I drink just to get drunk then its any kind of beer lol.

I drink for social purposes. when by myself id rather not drink i dont really like the taste and there is no benefit to it.
But somehow among my peers i am the only that never experience getting drunk even if i have drank the most beer. I have never puke, feel tipsy, drunk behavior. I know because none of the guys i know can drink till 5am travel for 1:30 hours(4 ride change) then do the laundry and cook breakfast for my visiting mom. There is even a time that i tried drinking my heart out because they say that beers remove your worries but in the end sleep deprivation takes me out before the beers kicked in

I would think that many beers would cause more indigestion than take away your worries. Afterall, there's not much "Alcohol" in beer.

Hate alcohol.
Don't drink unless I'm really depressed and it just makes me more depressed.

I'm usually the sober one at parties... alcohol wise that is.

What else would they start out as? 'Alone drinkers?' That would be even worse!

Not everyone who drinks turns into an alcoholic, most people don't. Alcohol only becomes a problem when you have far too much of it in one go, or if it's mixed with depression, sadness, anger and other problems a person may have. If a person is perfectly happy in their life and self it is unlikley they will become an alcoholic.

I can tell you what an alcoholic does.....

-> forgets everything at the moment of drunkeness.
-> says he doesn't drink more than one a day when he just had his 5th one.
-> tells his family that he doesn't have money for rent and borrows money to buy more alcohol.
-> when he's sober and you tell him that he was drunk the night before, he argues with you that he wasn't drinking.
-> his breath smells like alcohol mixed with dirty mouth after he's done working.
-> He throws up what he just drank and opens another can and drinks some more.
-> He spends more on alcohol than he does on groceries.
-> swears he's not an alcoholic. and that you're crazy.
-> tries to kill himself while drunk.

I might be forgetting more stuff....but these are the few things we've witnessed....

But I like watching some drunks....it's fun making fun of them when they're drunk. We just don't let our drunken family drive home like that. We always make them stay and sleep it off... :o

The point isn't that you or the next person won't turn into alcoholics but the fact that people do.
Btw, how many people do you know who are perfectly happy with themselves?
I made this point earlier with Alastor.
