I wasn't particularly interested in learning it, at first, but was introduced to it by my step-father. Now, I find it helps me better control my emotions and makes me constantly mindful of my health and physical ability.

At first it was to get into shape, just something to work out with. And when I started doing it. I just fell in love with it. So it's become a major part of my life. I just enjoy the commitment and work it takes. And the power and the rewards are well worth it.
