I agree with the statement that this comment confuses me. Leaving a two-year-old without a father, I am sure he is suffering somehow now.

Well, i've just read that Ledger may have had Pneumonia and the drugs he was taking were indeed prescribed.
Also, in addition to this, Ledger had been an insomniac just after playing the role of the Joker in Batman.
