I was simply useing the US experiance as a model, since it was the most straight foward. Though I suppose you could look at the British Civil War as well, and the situation that ended up with Cromwell takeing over the country for 3 years.

Some people forget that China is still a "developing" country, as fast as it may grow.

They still blantantly handle things in an illegal manner without a care of how the rest of the World would perceive them.

Also, being in the top 3 of the most corrupted countries probably wouldn't help.

it is said that in 2020 china will be the 1st leading country in the whole world

Depends, takeing the lead and being big, are two different things.
