it's called Feng-Shui when you move stuff around..?

i probably moved stuff around in my room at least 3 times this year.
& right now i feel like getting rid of a lot of stuff. ">.>

anyway, to relieve stess..most of the time i play music & just sit back & listen to it.

& then i'll probably start getting restless so i just get up & do something..like clean my room or work out.

But to despair was to wish back for something already lost.
Or to prolong what was already unbearable.

It's the position where objects are in your home to create the best environment for yourself. I think if your toilet faces east, that's the best direction to put it. Feng-Shui also involves something spiritually but I don't know much about that.

Darn, one is facing west and the other is facing south.

That's double bad feng-shui

Relaxation and Relieving Stress?

Drinking,
Smoking weed,
Listening to relaxing music,
Talking a long walk,
Taking a hot long bath or a sauna.

What makes me relaxed... - 11-29-2008, 03:41 AM

I like to sit down and listen to 'Ai Dao' and 'Thank You For Your Kindness' by fahrenheit ("thank you..." by S.H.E. AND Fahrenheit) ... 'ai dao' just has this calming effect on me and in 'thank you for your kindness' Jiro's voice penetrates down to your soul... I could fall asleep from those songs (from being soo relaxed)... Hot baths (I don't stay in too long or I'll get dizzy). Talking to my dog about issues that have happened (dogs are the best secret keepers). Eating ice cream. sitting outside on a cool day drinking a warm cup of tea (or coffee/optional but the tea i like to drink in times of stress is usually peppermint or sleepingtime tea/which is caffine free/reffering to you can be sleepy and drink thins and you'll sleep better^^)... Being with the people I love (but in the case of them being irritating/loud/obnoxious/annoying/get away from me!, not being with them). watching something funny like a movie or drama, that would lift my spirits considerably!... going to the park... playing volleyball helps me work out all the stress. Eating chocolate! Sleeping in 'just from the dryer' comforters right after a shower/bath. Cleaning! When i'm stressed cleaning makes alot of difference and when i'm done i feel a sense of accomplishment that soothes the soul. BUT! most of all the thing that helps me calm down the most is being hugged by a small child (i like to be hugged by my kid brothers and sisters XD)

I know i wrote a lot! i get carried away sometimes (i like to be hugged by my kid brothers and sisters XD)

Puuuuure happiness. There have a been a lot of sales at Bath and Body Works, and I'm having a field day. ♥

The best thing is to be able to buy a full set of one scent and go sleep in fresh sheets. I also got this cool Wall Flower thing and it's AMAZING. Citrus smells wake me up in the morning and get me moving!!

Playing my guitar or just listening to my favourite bands.

Walking through the forests near my house also help to make me feel better
