is smoking a big problem with japan's middle-high school people?

i think smoking is a big problem everywhere including japan. Now they put like those horrifying pictures on cigarettes pack so people stop smoking which kinda works for me, they'll put pictures like dead babies, cemetery, a flaccid male reproductive organ. Japan middle high school kids are mostly social smoker.

Now that you have to have ID to buy even from vending machines, and prices have gone up, I don't think it is as big a problem as it was 20 years ago.

Smoking is just not good and not cool. Period.

It is uncool but media nowadays they playing with our minds trapping us to think that cigarette is cool and at the same time saying that cigarette is hazardous. So kids they'll picture it like this ''Cigarette is cool and if i smoke people will think i'm a rebel''.

That is true. But we should be smart enough to know what smoking would do to us. I just hate it how some guys do it just because they think it's cool and it'll make them more manly.

The problem has decreased quite rapidly over the last few years. Smoking is no longer "cool", and is seen by a lot of younger people as a waste of money they could be saving or using somewhere else.

This, thankfully, is the same in the US. 10 packs of cigarettes is the same price as a new console game.

But you can buy 10 packs of cigarettes and sell them to underage school kids for double the price, and then buy two new console games. :p
