1) Use Mozilla Thunderbird.
2) Are you using the same e-mail server as your classmates, or have you got your own personal ones (gmail, yahoo, whatever)? 3) Have you tried to log in from a different computer? 4) Is there a web-service available for this mail server, which you can use to check your mail (again, like gmail, yahoo)? 5) USE MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD! 6) If nothing works, you can always throw the PC out of the window and go live in the cave. Be alternative, god damnit! |

Do you get an error message when you try to log in? Do you have your POP3 and SMTP addresses set up correctly?

Aaand then there's always the chance the server has gone down... Seriously... we shouldn't have given up the paper and pen- kind of mail. No problems with e-mail clients there. Well... there is a little bit longer latency when delivering the packets. But who cares, it works!!! |
