How to dial an international number from Japan?
 

I wanna call my friend in Canada and I'm in Japan. His Canadian phone number is 416-436-3466. Alternately, he wants to know how to call a Japanese phone number.

Canada's extension is (+)1 if you have a cell phone, dial the number you want to reach, and under options select 'International Call'. If its stationary phone then just dial 1 before you dial the actual number.

Japan's extension is (+)81.
