Tips on losing weight!
Hello everyone!
I'm looking an new healthy ways to loose weight! Do any of you have any ideas for it?? I'd really appreciate it!! I just think I'd be happier with myself if I lost some kilo's .. xD Thanks alot already for the ones who will help me!! xD xxx Tenma Ai. :vsign: |

you just trying to get in shape then run everyday, even walking, and eating right are the best ways to stay in shape. but id really have to know how your built to give u any better information. |

Lots of side effects to starvation too, like your first meal. It won't stay in your body, and it'll come out a liquid; if you know what I mean. >;3

squats will tighten up your thigh and butt area running is cardio so youll lose weight, if u have a treadmill then add incline while you run to tighten up your legs more. the cardio helps lose weight, so add crunches in for your stomach, i wont tell u how many to do tho also push ups...female push ups, dont knock em, they work, they will tighten up your chest as well. plus like i said eating right all that should tighten you up pretty much and u can do it all at home |
